🐾 Return & Refund Policy – PetVista Qatar

At PetVista Qatar, we aim to provide high-quality pet supplies and excellent service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

📦 Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 3 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
  • The item must be in the same condition as received
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
  • Return requests must be submitted within 3 days of receiving your order

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened pet food
  • Opened pet treats
  • Used grooming products
  • Hygiene-related items
  • Perishable goods
  • Clearance or sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Any item that has been opened or used

These restrictions ensure the health and safety of pets.

🔄 Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

To process your request:

  • Send clear photos of the item
  • Include your order number

We will arrange:

  • Replacement of the item, or
  • Refund if replacement is not available

💰 Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified regarding the approval or rejection of your refund
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Please note:

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error
  • Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

🚚 Return Delivery

Customers are responsible for return deliver costs unless:

  • The item is defective
  • The wrong item was delivered
  • The item arrived damaged

❌ Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before delivery.

Once an order has been delivered , it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process.

📍 Return Address

Return instructions and return address will be provided after your return request is approved.

Please do not send items without approval, as they may not be accepted.
