At PetVista Qatar, we aim to deliver your pet supplies quickly and safely across Qatar.

We currently deliver to all areas within Qatar, including:

  • Doha
  • Al Wakrah
  • Al Khor
  • Lusail
  • Al Rayyan
  • Umm Salal
  • Mesaieed
  • Dukhan and surrounding areas

Delivery availability may vary depending on location.

⏱️ Delivery Time

  • Standard Delivery: Same-day or next-day delivery
  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM may qualify for same-day delivery
  • Delivery Time: 1–2 business days
  • Remote Areas: 1–3 business days depending on location

Delivery times may vary during:

  • Public holidays
  • High-demand periods
  • Weather or traffic conditions

💰 Delivery Charges

  • Standard Delivery Fee Across Doha: 10 QAR
  • Free Delivery: On orders above 40 QAR
  •  Note: For deliveries outside Doha city, an additional delivery fee may apply depending on the distance.
    • Dukhan: 30 QAR
    • AL Khor: 30 QAR
    • Al-Shahaniya: 30 QAR
    • Al Ruwais : 50 QAR
    • Masaieed : 50 QAR

📦 Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within:

  • Same day for orders placed during business hours
  • Orders placed after business hours will be processed the next business day

Business Hours:
Saturday to Thursday
9:00 AM – 9:00 PM

📍 Delivery Requirements

Customers must:

  • Provide an accurate delivery address
  • Provide a valid phone number
  • Be available to receive the delivery

If the customer is unavailable at delivery time:

  • Our team will attempt to contact you
  • A second delivery attempt may be arranged
  • Additional delivery charges may apply

Once your order is shipped:

  • You may receive a call or WhatsApp message
  • Our delivery team will coordinate delivery timing

📦 Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive:

  • A damaged item
  • Missing product
  • Incorrect product

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Provide:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the item
  • Description of the issue

We will arrange replacement or refund according to our Return & Refund Policy.
